RETURN

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, or if you still want to return your purchase, you can. Return the product to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Do not forget to mention the order number for a speedy handling.

In addition, the following conditions apply to returns:

• The item is complete, not used or damaged and in the original packaging.
• The shipping costs for returns are for your own account.
• You must handle the item you want to return with care, especially when you return a glass product.
• Damaged and used products cannot be returned. We are not liable for damage during transport or no (timely) delivery of your return shipment.

When you return a product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt of the shipment.

Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be returned.

Dispatch:
To return your item, you must send it to Wilgenlaan 25, Aalsmeer, 1431HV, The Netherlands.

When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you return an item with a value of more than € 75, we recommend sending this package with a track & trace code.
