Return policy

RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, or if you still wish to return your purchase, you can. Return the product to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Don't forget to include the order number for prompt processing.

In addition, the following conditions apply to returns:

• The item is complete, unused or undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
• You must handle the item you wish to return with care, especially if you are returning a glass product.
• Damaged and used products cannot be returned. We are not liable for damage during transport or for non-delivery (or late delivery) of your return shipment.

When you return a product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be returned.

Shipping:
To return your item, you must send it to Wilgenlaan 25, Aalsmeer, 1431HV, Netherlands.

When you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you return an item with a value of more than €80, we recommend sending the package with a track & trace code.
